A little flooding at Laguna la Chocha

Invited in for cafe by some friendly guys

On the way to Pasto we bumped into Julian. He put us up and entertained us for two days while it rained and then rained some more

Quantum dispatch of molecular complacency

We´ll have to come back to this- Prolly the most shittastic exhausting fun Ive had on a bike.  I was able to take just a few photos of this day because of torrential rains. This road is known as "the trampoline of death". A twisting and winding fantastically epic climb on its own. The day I cam through it was a wonderland of mud slides and flooded steams!      (similar to the good time these guys had)

Julian... such a good dude

Fredricos bike was truly one of a kind

I´ve been traveling with Tommy the Frenchmen (left) for about 10 days or so. We met on the last climb to Pasto. He is game for all the dirt routes I suggest but we have really put his typical Eurotrekker to the test. And Fredrico the Argentinian and his custom wagon. Unfortunately were only in the company of him for a morning. A really neat chap, meandering his way back home.

Hey Jakon, how about putting Cuy on your menu? So what if its a Sushi bar.

Man, I love me a foot brake

A lesser Equator crossing. Though it produced the same results. Why yes, that is new red coffee mug I found on the side of the road.

A simple two story affair.

Im surprised there are any rocks left in the rest of the world. Ecuador sure loves their cobbles. Go thing... so do my tires.

Where do you think you are going gringo?

yes- this decent was so good it deserved two photos

Rails to road.
